Ceramic Coating Guarantee

What's covered

If your Imperium ceramic coating fails during your coating's warranty period (3, 5 or 7 years), we'll inspect it, re-prep and recoat the affected panels free of charge. "Fails" means the coated paint has lost its water-beading or gloss under normal use.

To keep your guarantee active

1. 1.Your car is on an active Imperium membership, or is washed and maintained in line with our care guide.
2. 2.Wash only with pH-neutral car shampoo. No automatic brush car washes.
3. 3.Remove bird droppings, tree sap and bug splatter as soon as you can.
4. 4.Let us know within 14 days of noticing a problem, and let us inspect the car.

What's not covered

• Physical damage: scratches, stone chips, dents, accidents or vandalism.
• Damage from harsh chemicals, solvents or acid-based cleaners.
• Panels that have been repaired, resprayed or wrapped after coating.
• Problems caused by paint defects that existed before coating.
